Spartan Racing Formula SAE

Spartan Racing, San Jose State University's Formula SAE team, have commenced the testing and designing phase for our 2019 race car! For this year, Spartan Racing has set its goal to design and manufacture a race car that can be among the top 10 for the entire competition. Through research and testing, we hope to complete a race car that is a fast and reliable car at the competition.

We need your help to purchase essential parts, materials, and testing equipment. A single car can cost over $120,000 in expenses! Our team works year-round investing an immense amount of time between classes and work to build our entry into the Formula SAE competition. By participating, students gain valuable real-world experiences and create a strong base for their professional career. Your donation is 100% tax deductible and will go directly to Spartan Racing and help our program continue to grow!
